The Tuck and Table: Reviews & Ratings
Food is great! We had the fried green tomatoes, family style fried chicken and turkey and dressing. Definitely will be back to try other menu items. Good job Jama, Amy, and staff!
One of the top meals on our visit! Beautiful location, service was great. The crab cake appetizer was amazing - all crabmeat!!!! We had the Bourbon Chicken- so full of flavors! Chicken and waffles! And shrimp and grits - awesome! (Could have been more grits - it was the smallest meal , lots of shrimp! )
Overall, we had a great experience! The food was very good, and the menu offered plenty of variety. My husband and I ordered the pork ribeye and the roast beef with gravy, both served with family style sides. Most everything was delicious. The Brunswick stew and mashed potatoes were especially outstanding. The green beans were very heavily seasoned and spicy, and the pork leaned on the salty side, but to be fair, the restaurant has only been open a week and is likely still working out a few kinks. There was also a child running around the restaurant and up and down the stairs during our visit, but even so, the overall atmosphere and staff felt warm and welcoming. Our server, Kyle, was fantastic, and we would definitely return!
First Trip here. We are locals so always looking for a new spot. This place has a lot of potential. Lots of good spacing and the views are nice. The food was pretty good, just temperature could've been better. The portions were a great size for the cost. They were super busy tonight so service was a bit slower. If you have food allergies check the menu before you go for sure.
As a local business owner (Kirklands Creek Campground & Cabins), my husband and I had to support our fellow small business owners and give this place a try. The environment is warm, comfortable and that of an upscale tavern. Located right on the Tuckaseegee River, the views are beautiful with outdoor seating options. Kyle was our server, as well as the bar tender. He was extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. The cocktails he recommended and made were absolutely delicious. Prices are on the high end but totally worth it. All food is made from scratch. The homemade rolls and honey butter are like none other. I had the shrimp and grits and my husband some kind of creamy chicken pasta. Needless to say, we both cleaned our plates. So good!!! This is a must try establishments that checks all the boxes for an enjoyable meal. We will definitely be back and plan to recommend to our family, friends, and campers. Thank you Tuck and Table for providing a new classy establishment to the locals and visitors of Bryson City.
We randomly stopped in just a few days after Tuck opened for business. What a beautiful renovation with a rustic vibe. Enjoyed a wonderful BLT sandwich with thick smoked bacon and hush pups! I can’t wait to return for a full dinner meal. Enjoyed signature bourbon “Tuck” cocktail on balcony overlooking river+++!!! 20min. from Harrahs Cherokee. Bryson is a beautiful gem to enjoy.
The atmosphere was top tier. You walk in and it reminds you of a rustic cabin found up in the Appalachians. We had Dolly as our waitress. She was so professional and knew every little tidbit about the menu, drink menu, and the taste of all the food. My wife got the meatloaf with mash potatoes and green beans. They were so good and I got the dbl smash burger. For it to not be a burger place my burger was perfect. We had the apple cider margaritas and my wife topped off with a cosmo. Everything was perfect. We will be back.
Highly recommend the bourbon street chicken but everything on the menu looked delicious! Beautiful restaurant and excellent service! Everyone was very friendly and attentive.
